Computer does not turn on fully

Hello,
i have a prob with my computer its a hp compaq dx2400, we had a power out and now it keeps turning on and off on its own. some one please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please check out whether the problem that you are having isn't coming from the power supplying unit.
