wont bootup Closed

Question

Hello, PLZ HELP...I unplagged my desktop coze wasen,t responding on closing down...Now when i try to open will just give me the WindowsXP screan,then goes in a black screan with all kind of messages in how to restart(manyaly<safe mode,ecc.ecc..has a back countdown from 30 t0 0  but keeps on repeats.and nothing happen.Can anybody help me?



Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi there,

Some files are missing t start windows,use installation cd /dvd of operating system and make a system repair and fix it.

on a computer that works goto "restoredisks.com" they only cost around 27 bucks
