help with booting up from bios mode cd Closed

Hello, 
HI. i cant get my comp to start up so ive put the disc in n got as far as bios.. i want to start from cd. but alas the page that i can change from floppy to cd isnt highlighted and there for i cant change it. have u any suggestions pls
