I need help with an =IF statement

Hello,

I am trying to do an excel spreedsheet with a HR response. In D2 i have an accrual date in E2 i want an if statement that says:
If today is less than d2 and less than 4 years than then the answer is 80 hours, but if the date is less than today and more than 4 years than the answer is 120 hours.
