Your only option would be to do this:
Remove the AC cord from your laptop and also remove the battery.
Unscrew the keyboard screws from the bottom of the laptop and remove the keyboard from its place.
Search for a small cylindrical battery and remove it for about a half an hour.
After waiting, replace the cylindrical battery and plug in your AC cord. Then, start up your computer.
The BIOS password should be gone.

Backdoor passwords vary according to your BIOS manufacturer. I would need to know what company manufactured your BIOS. For e.g. AWARD, Phoenix, AMI, etc.
If you don't know, I'll tell you all the possible backdoors irrespective of your manufacturer.
