hello,
this morning i was trying to play a copy of my favorate movie(no scratches or anything)on my windows 7 e machines computer.but after i put the movie in the disc tray, and pressed the button,it wouldn't close.so then, making sure the cd rom was in right,i pushed the disc tray closed.(it was closed all the way)but then when i went to my windows media player,it didn't detect the disc!and the worst thing is,i can't get my movie out!what should i do!?

There should be a small hole in the DVD tray front. You can use a large straightened paper clip in the hole to force the tray to open. You press straight into the hold and the tray should open.
Good Luck
