Ok. When I boot computer up I'm getting like 3 quick beeps followed by 7 spaced ones. Instead of displaying an error message, all the fans are running but the monitor isn't responding, it acts as if the computer is still off. It did this off & on a month or so ago but then just started working fine until now. I've cleaned the dust out, reslotted every RAM, graphics, and CPU and I also put new silicon on the CPU's heat sync. I've tried swapping the battery on the motherboard too and still nothing. The computer is relatively - I built it myself a few months ago and it was running fine until this particular incident started occuring. Any other ideas would be lovely... I'm at my wit's end here!
