BSNL GPRS Setting for Samsung omania B 7320

Hello,
I have purchased samsung Omania GT B 7320 in Jan.2010 with bsnl post paid 2G service but, BSNL people are unable to connect GPRS on that mobile they are not having hand set in their list of phone. they have no answer for the same.

Hi there,

If not in their list of supported mobile phones nothing can be done mate unless you change sim to another network provider supporting your handset model.
