Main Points NONE YET.
Weak Infos "easy to install"!!! NOT!!!! Norton products used to work fine, but i've experienced nothing but trouble lately. Last year's Norton 360 fiasco and now NAV2009. NAV2009 does not install easy. maybe it does on a new computer with nothing else loaded. I've been chatting with Symantec tech support for over 4 hours on two separate occaisions. They had access to my computer and still can't install NAV2009. IMHO, if you have a norton virus program running now, just pay for the subscription to be extended. I wouldn't upgrade unless you want to lose use of your computer and spare time.
