Cant go to ONE website

Hello,
My desktop computer will not let me go to one particular website (teamdoubleclick.com), my laptop on the other hand goes just fine. When I put the address in the address bar and press enter it does nothing.... doesn't even go to the "not found" page. When I went to google to ask why it wasn't letting me go here this is what I put: "my computer wont let me log in to teamdoubleclick.com"..... when I pressed enter it did nothing.... my computer ignores me anytime I put in that address, regardless of where it is!!! HELP PLEASE!
