I purchased the Academic version which worked the way I wanted. Four weeks later I could not open the program because I did not have a valid registration number. I put in the number given me when I purchased the program but to no avail. I have sent five notes to their support and marketing people with ZERO response to date three months later. This software is a RIPOFF...DO NOT BUY!

Main Points This is decent software when it works. Exporting an outline does not work well.
Weak Infos I purchased this product only to find that my registration was effective for 3 weeks. I now cannot access 3 weeks of work that I put in for my Master's thesis. We'll see how long it takes for their tech support to help me but this is a major problem!
