Hello,

I have now fix the computer by starting over.....problem!!! None of the microsoft office reloaded and they are asking for the product key... I have an older version but yet again not the code. Do I need to just bye it again or is there some way to get what came on the computer back???

You can download OpenOffice. It's a free replacement for Microsoft office. If you seldom use the Office programs it can save you a ton of money. You can find it at www.openoffice.org
