HELP, with msn/ webcam Closed

Question

Hello, I am having trouble with my webcam on msn. I have got both a built in web cam and a usb one. Both load but when i try to use them on msn, it doesnt work. It just says video call, where start web cam should be. When i go to actions, then video, it says start video call or get a webcam. I have no idea what to do, could anyone help me please? 
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0
