Hello,

When i turn my laptop on it freezing the screen , like diffrent color i dont know if it have something to do with the background but i dont think thats the problem. The other problem is my battery when i put the AC adapter in the number goes low and higher then back lower also the icon will keep poping up thats the only battery i have . I need help really badly and thanks who ever help me .

Please whether you need to install your graphic card driver or still need to get it updated.

oh and by the way is the graphic card driver free?
