How to contact Network Provider Closed

Hello, 

Everybodys telling me to contact my network provider in order to have the proper internet settings for my samsung phone but i have no idea how to do that...any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.5.8

It all depends which specific network you are actually using, that is, it could be Aircell or Orange. Please be more specific about it.
