How to contact Network Provider

Hello,

Everybodys telling me to contact my network provider in order to have the proper internet settings for my samsung phone but i have no idea how to do that...any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Dear Sir,

It all depends which specific network you are actually using, that is, it could be Aircell or Orange. Please be more specific about it.

oh i'm from the Philippines and theres no Aircell or Orange...There's only Smart and Globe network...And im on Smart Network...so how do i contact them??
