my name is jake.i let a friend use my user name and password to get me microsoft points so he could get me to a 10th prestige in call of duty modern warfare 2.i think he changed my password and email because everytime i try to recover my gamertag it tells me my email and password is wrong,and before he got on my name my email and password worked great.it wont let me singhn in,what do i do?
someone hacked my profile and it wont let me play any games or log in.i tried to recover it and it says either my password and email is inncorrect or go see www.passport.net to fix this problem.i had a lot of stuff saved on that profile.how do i fix it if i cant log in to change my password?
