Hello,

I have dell optiplex 330 desktop pc. Today When i switch on my pc after windows opening within few minutes my pc power goes of from monitor, keyboard and mouse but the CPU fans are running. so can anybody help me plxxxx.

Hi there,

Please check cable from monitor to video card and remove then clean graphic card,reseat back ,if required replace it with new one.

my pc do not have video card. so if i install a new video card will it be okay my problem. thanks for your help
