i9 phone internet settings Closed

Hello, 

Hi I got my i9 phone today but wont go on the net, I am with optus does it only comes up with sos calls only and I need settings for phone to work in australia optus wont give them because its a clone 

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Sir, 

This is for the problem from all the clone mobile phones and you will obtain no settings for it for it doesn't contain its necessary features.
