Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/training to get great step by step beginner to frontpage tutorials. When you open front page you will see new_page_1.htm RIGHT click in the middle of the page and click on page properties you can give your webpage a name here and also set your background. At the left bottom of your frontpage program are three important buttons 1.Design (build here) 2.Code (generates html to the outside design page) 3.Preview (how your page will look on your internet explorer browser)
Fun Lesson #1 Go to http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/dropmenuindex.htm --copy the first code and go to your page in front page -- click at the bottom on the code button at the top of the code page find two of these like below <head> </head> put your curser just in font of the second </head> then right click -- then click paste!! code goes in Bamm!! Then go back and copy get the second code and right click and paste it just in font of second</body> code goes in Bamm !! Now youve got a menu in code view just type in your hyperlink text go to design view highlight the words and set them for hyperlinks!! If you mess up just keep starting over until you get it thats what all us computer people do is keep trying til we get it!!! your on your way good luck !!!!
