Cant play videos

Hello, i need help i cant play some videos on 2 sites dont know why i use to be able to not no more i downloaded adobe flash player 10 i still cant see them i get this ''file download security warning'' do you want to open or save this file i hit open then it starts to download it. i dont want to download it i want to see it right there and then like before it would open on window media player and no problem. any help would be very nice. thanks
