I think some one is using my computer but i don't know when or where they go on my computer..
is there a program that will help me?

You could put a password into your user account.
Start-control panel-User accounts-Your name-Create Password

If you put a password in no one can use it without your password. The only way I can see of catching somebody is to actually seeing them or if they leave evidence of use on your computer
