Hello,
I have asked this earlier last week and got the answer however I think I asked a wrong question for what I really needed. I just asked how to format the answer into hhmm.

What I need actually is how to make excel compute result(in hr format) /60 minutes, eaxmple below:

ex: start time 8:00AM
end time 8:30 AM
total time :30
I need to have excel ----30/60 minutes. WHen I do this it is converting 30 into another units. Can you help me please?

I am sorry but I am not getting you. When I subtract the two time, it is 30 minutes. And thats what it is showing. If the difference was 1 hour and 30 minutes, it would have shown 0130. So what exactly are you asking. Are you saying that you would rather have 90 minutes instead of 1:30 ?
