Getting past partner....Closed

Question

Hey How do you get past a partner on sims 3? Everyone says to click propose but I can't find it? Please help!:D

Okay well their right about clicking purpose but i guess there not being very specific.. Well you click on your partner go done to romantic and under hottkiss you scoll down to find woohoo then scoll down one more time and find purpose.. Same goes for marriage..
