my trusted contacts all have different accounts from when I added them I got 4 need 3 and they just refuse to help saying they can't what is the easiest way to do this can I stop use them if they aren't on original account

If they refuse to help, there is nothing that can be done.

it's not that they refuse they can't do it on they're own I have to go to them but even though they have new accounts can I still use them as contacts
