I can't install the applications I downloaded

I bought my new blackberry 8900 china clone..and I downloaded some applications..like facebook for bb and twitter for bb..even ubertwitter. but then, I can't install them..every time I install it, it always say "JAR not found"..can someone help me pls. And also, does facebook recognizes blackberry china phone..coz when I tried to set up my fb mobile..it says..my phone is not on their list..but it's BB.
