I have been using the emachine e525 lap top for nearly six months.At once I got a en issue with the lap top,which doesn't allow me to up grade windows or even wista which was upgraded when I bought.Any way when I turn on the pc It displays a command as "a file error occurred press ctrl+alt+del"Even If I give the command same command.pls assist me on this...
i think while starting ur laptop u hav insert something in usb port like external hardisk
u should first unplug anything frm usb port then start ur lapy
