NO that's an integrated video adapter.
If this is a laptop you are out of luck.
If it's a desktop you might be able to upgrade to these low end graphics cards:
You need something like a GeForce 8600GT or ATI x1950 pro
If you try to run a high end card - you must also upgrade the PC power supply.
