Spice 940 help for GPRS

Hello,
I have a handset of Spice 940 and i want to connect internet i have bought Airtel with internet subscription but when I tried I din't get because it was telling that the GPRS is not subscribed I have no ID of how to subscribed and have Internet connection I want internet connection so please direct me and send me softwares to set internet connection in my cell
