Domain Names Server Down

Hello,

My internet is fine and all but when I want to go onto a website but it sometimes says there's no internet connection even though there is and it's working great. Whenever I click on diagnose button thingy it says the domain names server must be down. Can anyone tell me what I can do? I've got windows vista laptop.

Hello,

The website you are trying to reach has technical difficulties or no longer exist. That is the meaning of the message you are getting.

This is completely false. It is an issue with the internet service provider. You have to call them to get it fixed
