Still Need Some Help Please

Maybe I didn't make it clear as to what I'm trying to accomplish...
I need to compare columns a and B FIRST, (from worksheet 1 and 2)
"THEN"...take what's in column C (worksheet 2 and have that data automatically copy over to worksheet 1 - Column D


i.e. If Column 'A' (FROM worksheet LRS_PAGE 1) Tab
MATCHES what's in column 'B' on (LRS_PAGE 2) Tab
THEN take what's in Column 'D' FROM (LRS_PAGE 2) and populate that 'VALUE'
into Column 'D' (ON worksheet LRS_PAGE 1)

This will be a monthly report so is there a macro/script that I could run on a regular basis?

What thread are you talking about. It would be easy to follow if you put comments in same thread instead of creating a brand new
