Goals, Jealousy, and I NEED HELP!

Heylo people of the world. So I'm really stuck right now with the goals. I'm not unlocking to many and one goal I'm working on I have no idea how to complete.

It would be nice if you could tell me some of the goals and how to make a sim jealous.
