Hey there,

I cannot get on website such as youtube to play clips constantly telling me that I must have flayer on my computer. I went to download it and installed it but still no joy.

Anyone can give me a clue?

You have surely JavaScript turned off on your pc or else you don't have the newest version of flash player just try to download it form the link below:
