HELP. Computer wont reboot

Hello,





Okay, so the problem is not with the computer I am currently on. I have a Windows XP HP pavilion and it wont reboot after a Security warning came up through Norton. The fan is going but the keyboard, mouse and monitor wont start up.

HELP. I am not computer savvy so please someone help

Dear Sir,

Please consider checking your motherboard, graphic card and the RAM slot for the problem should be coming from one of these.

Anyways, how do I go about doing this? I am not computer savvy remember?

just take it and get it checked by a Computer company in your town
