Useing eyetoy as a webcam

Hello,

i want to use my eyetoy as a webcam and everyone says go to playstation.com/eyetoy......and it never works it makes me take a servey instead of just downloading ive been working al day and yet i still cant figure it out!!!!!plzz help!!!
