dvd drive missing Closed

Configuration: Windows 7 / Opera 9.52
the tools you suggested from microsoft site  ihave downloaded before.when i double click the tool an error comes.the message that it says"a runtime error have been encountered.thanxx for suggestion but it didn;t work for me.please solve my problem.
