DVD not found

Hello,

I have an Acer 5500 and am using Windows XP. I was trying to reinstall the drivers for my logitech quickcam but the E drive did not show any content. I cannot access any of the DVD's. Please help! its URGENT.

Hi,

If your drive is not able to read any CD/DVD then clean the drive lens.

No my laptop isn't reading any of the DVDs. But it read the audio CD when i tried playin it. I am sorry im not a tech savy so dont know about the technicals of it. But if you tell me a solution i can follow the steps. Thanks :)
