Hello,

I've been using my headphones for a while and until now, i can't hear anything. i have tried to reinstall a newer version of Realtek but nothing has changed. No error messages or anything. it just told me to restart my computer. what should i do? plz give detailed answers.
*i can only hear from speakers

yes it worked fine. i suspect its the driver and ive tried to install a new one but nothings changed
