Hello,
i have found a wat think is a virus on my laptop ...it wont start up just keeps sayin that your computer is unable to start ???????? any ideas ...i have tried startin it up on safe mode but no joy ...

mybe your computer infected by a virus......you can san your computer in other computers so that the virus wont run........you have to get the hard disk of your paltap or PC ........... and one tip......... if it wont work you have to reformat your laptap.........<)(*_)(>..........

hi there on my acer laptop i have viruses on it called trojan how do i remove them off my laptop i did the virus scan and after it did the virus scan it said its a trail version what does that mean and it wont finish the virus. the program i have for viruses is anti viruses, thats what i used. i cant log into mozilla firefox or internet explorer it says has to be shut down.what do i do?i am using my desktop computer and no problem going into mozilla and interent, just the laptop. please email me back at arabicangel2005@yahoo.com.

click on the Kaspersky on line scanner.

this will then do a complete scan of your computer. it uses the latest dat files, so should pick up the latest virus

click on the continue to symantec security check, a window will pop open, click on virus scan.
it will do a scan of your system.
