Can't Install Adobe Flash Player

Hello,

Whenever I try to install it it says that the installation was unsuccesful cuz of conflicting applications messenger and internet explorer! I try closing them but NOTHING!

I didn't have ANY problems until 2 weeks ago, that suddenly I couldn't watch videos or ANYTHING anymore...

PLEASE HELP!

Please have the browser closed and then get the application installed in order to get free of the trouble.
