So I was using my itouch just yesterday, until it froze on me when i hit home. I did reset it, and it worked again. However, it crashed AGAIN! The battery is all drained out, I have been charging it all night, now it just has the Apple logo on it, and won't go anywhere. Once I plug it out, it says that I'm still low battery.
I'm not sure if it's over heating on the inside, but it does feel rather warm. So, ???
and also, I hacked it with blackrain, well not litterly myself, but my friend did it for me. I am unable to get into to remove the hack to return it back to apple. What should I do?
Any clue on how to fix it? Certainly, Apple support isn't helping. Thanks in advance!!
Wandful,
thank you SO much for the suggestions, however it still doesn't work. When I reset it, and the Apple logo pops back up, I plut it into my brother's Macbook pro, but iTunes does not recognize my iTouch at all. There's no way I can even back it up.
If the Apple logo does not appear or the iPod is not seen in iTunes, connect the iPod to a power source by either plugging it into an Apple iPod USB Power Adapter or directly into a computer's USB port.
When I tried that using my USB Power Adapter, it does the same thing and same with into a computer's USA port. It says to wait for it to charge for 20 minutes, however, I tried for a good whole night/day, nothing charged.
-If the Apple logo does not appear or the iPod is not seen in iTunes, try putting the iPod into disk mode and restoring.
My Apple logo appears and doesn't appear on itunes. I'm not sure how to put it on disk mode, because it all seems kind of confusing to me, but I will have that checked out again...
if I can't fix it by myself, I don't know how I would send it to Apple Service, since again, it was hacked. I have a couple of weeks before my warrenty is over.
