Hello,
When I open one of my drive, a message occurs that "COM Surrogate has stoopped working"
Please give me suggestion to remove this eror

Hello Rohit,

The problem which you are experiencing is common with Vista in relation to ffdshow or Nero when a video is watched as a preview

You must therefore reinstall ffdsshow which you can do by clicking the link hereunder:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/ffdshow-tryout/files/

If you have Nero, you must reinstall Nero.

Please do let me know how efficient my solution was.
