Help solving the sound problem in compact pre

Hello,
my computer compact presario sound system is not working.but when i played with external speaker it is working. what can be the problem. please help me to solve this

Dear Sir,

Please have it solved by getting to its Sound and Audio Properties and changing the Advanced Settings.
