Mistake using regedit (vista)

Hello,

The wireless button on my laptop hasnt been working for a while so i searched some forums to try and fix it. I tried to fix it by entering into the regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and deleted everything except for the default one. Now my dvd drive doesnt work and i dont know what else. Is there anyway i can get those keys back?
Someone help please?
