Bandwith available but no browsing

Hello,

I'm piggybacking by neighbour's wifi. Connection is successful but I cannot surf the web though I can download (I connect first through my 3G connection and initiate the download then I connect to the Wifi and the download keeps on going at a higher speed)

Any clue ?
