Bridging with xp

Hello, i have a comp with winxp on it and it is currently bridge but there is a problem. It sais im connected to the internet but when i open explorer it does not load webpages. I have tried so many thing like winsock, cmd commands, cleaners and much more to fix it. If anyone can help me with this please reply.

try checking under file in the menu bar and making sure you don't have work offline checked

i have tried that it still doesnt work.
