Samsung phone to pc

Hello,
i am having samsung corby mate. i installed pc studio software on my pc. but still i am unable to connect my phone to pc. it is saying that usb device is not recognized. can you please help me

Hi there,

Update your drivers then connect to another usb port available on pc.
