How to put all music to iTunes from computer

Hi. How can I transfer all songs from computer to iTunes library at once? I mean not picking one by one, or ading folders. I managed to do it a few times, so i know that it's possible, but i can't remember how. Please, help me, i'm quite desperate right now :[

People there talks how to put music to itunes at all, and i know how to do that. What i want to know, is how to transfer al audio files from my pc to i tunes at once, not picking song after song or folder after folder, but all music at once.
