Emprex DVD Drive

Hello,
I installed a Emprex DVDRW 1116IM drive in my computer. I took it from another computer & I didn't have the driver. So I downloaded the firmware from Emprex, & when the computer had to be restarted, it wouldn't. It froze at "reading IDE drives. If I unplug the drive, then the computer restarts. Anything I can do to recover or restore that drive?

Hi there,

Rollback the firmware update and install 2 previous versions back for it.

Where can I do the rollback? Since I have to unplug it to start the computer, it no longer shows up in the device manager.
