I can't log on my user profile!

Hello,

I start up my computer and it loads fine but when i go to log in it says "the user profile service service failed to logon. user profile cannot be loaded". It's the admin profile and has all my pictures etc. on. I am using a windows vista, packard bell laptop. If you could help i would be very greatfull.

Yep i've never changed it.
