I dont see 'send my webcam'

Hello,

been having problems sending my webcam. i've already allowed others to see that i have webcam. and when i try clicking the webcam icon near my display picture, it only shows 'start a video call' or 'get a webcam'. when i've chosen 'start a video call', i see myself on my box but i dont see the person i am chatting, but he sees me. how do i send my webcam if i cant see it in any of the choices? pls help! im using a hp dv4-2045dx with windows 7 laptop.thanks.

Dear Shirley,

There should be a problem with the webcam's configuration of the person you are trying to video chat with. Please confirm the matter by video chatting with another person.

its nothing to do with your webcam. i think its the latest ver of msn does this.
uselessssssss microsoft.
I did upgrade my msn last night and it happened to me.
I ll try to uninstall everything tonight and install an old ver of msn if i can.
